Help?! Am I having seizures?!

I am 20 years old, female, and I have been having these "episodes" since I was a little kid. I have a rush of deja vu, I can almost tell what people are going to say, I get a sense of unrest, a little "out of it" type feeling. The deja vu I get can be memories from old dreams +the present reality. I also tend to either have to vomit, or well use the bathroom if you know what I mean afterwards, but not usually. Headaches can accompany these episodes too. I have had them in my sleep, I can't remember anything afterwards, and it is Feb 18th right now, and I have already had 9 of these episodes this month. I have had up to four some days. I don't know when these "episodes" will occur they just happen, and last briefly (I have no sense of time during these things either). I have been in class and had one, and learned that I can't really write during one either.I typically go to sleep after I have one. I can't stop them, the deja vu just comes at me like uncontrolled forced thoughts. One of my friends has been around me during one, and she said I started shaking very lightly, and didn't really talk when I had one of these things.

I have been to a neurologist, prescribed medicine (but I have side-effects from it). My doctor just thinks these things are migraines, and she calls these complex episodes "headaches". I have mentioned numerous times that I can have multiple in less than a 12 hr period, and they don't last long.
I have also had an EEG and MRI done, both came back normal as I expected because I didn't have an episode during either one of them.

Can anyone offer any information or anything?
