Question: Why are my hands constantly shaking?
My hands are constantly shaking. I can't hold my hand out and keep it still, it looks like im shivering. If i'm trying to do something delicate like threading a button, i end up stabbing myself coz i shake so much. It's not dramatic shaking, but it's noticeable and at times inconvenient. im only 15 so its not coz im gerriatric... i hope! What's wrong and what can i do?

Do something active! Tire yourself down so your nerves are less sensitive. Don't consume too much caffeine. Breathe slowly.
