Question: I have a bad habit of shitting in the plants at other people's homes, what do I do?

When ever I visit my friends, I always creep away and crap in their house plants. I have some kind of problem, but I don't know what to do. I tried to talk to a therapist and my dad just got really mad and said I was stupid and told me I could not go back. I especially have a problem doing it when I visit my Aunt's house. I just wanna stop doing this and stop thinking about it
