Question: What to do when someone is having a heart attack?
If someone is lying on the ground apparently having a heart attack, what should you do?

Well you should call 911 first, and if you happen to have baby aspirin around you should use that. It has been known to help with heart attack patients. If the patient is un responsive and knocked out, you should (depending on where you are) look for an AED device. These devices are used to shock the heart back into its regular rythm. If an AED is not present, start CPR and wait for the paramedics to arrive. Hope this helped (:
