They're prescribed for a reason. So,it's in your best interest to take your medication/s as prescribed.Take care.

It's very tough to legally force someone to take meds.

That being said, it's to your benefit to take medications as the doctor recommends. For example, finish the full round of antibiotics even if you start to feel better. If you don't like a side effect of a prescribed drug, talk to your doctor about whether there are others options or whether the side effects are worth the benefit that the drug provides, rather than just stopping to take it.

You don't HAVE to take them, but they were probably prescribed for a reason. If it's for an infection, you won't get rid of it easily or quickly (or ever) without them. If it's for a chemical imbalance, if you don't take them, your symptoms will be unrelieved... In other word, it's in your best interest to take them, and if there are some side effects that you simply won't live with in the long term, tell your concerns to whoever prescribed the meds and see if they can be changed to something equally efficacious but different.

Not if you are an adult. If you are a child, you should either take the meds or get permission from your parent not to.

You don't HAVE to take them but if they are prescribed you might as well.

If you're given 100 dollars do you have to spend it? no, but it's probably in your best interest.

No. Not until they lock you up.
