can drug tests be wrong?!

Question: Can drug tests be wrong?

I was given a drug test to stay at a rescue mission, but it came out positive I do not do drugs. but i take abilify and lexapro. is it possible for the drug test to have a false positive?

The lexapro must have shown up on the test. Antidepressants or anxiety drugs may show up on a drug test.
