Not for THC, for opiates. So you would test clean for THC if you are clean from pot, but you could drop showing you are on heroin or some other opiate. It would have to be a very sensitive test, but it has happened. Avoid poppy seed bagels the morning of a drug test and you should be fine.
Poppy seeds have no THC in them. THC is marijuana. Marijuana has nothing to do with poppy seeds. Poppy seeds are detected as an opiate.
