Can i take sustanon 250 for 1 cycle and stop?!

Alright i'm wondering, i have been thinking about taking sustanon 250 for 8-10 weeks 1 cycle. Now i want to stop after that and not keep going with steroids but i dont know if that will have an effect on me in the long run. Do i need to keep taking it like maybe a few years after i finish my first cycle? And another weird question.. can i beat the meat while i'm on sustanon 250?? <lol sorry but i have been wondering.. how am i going to go 10 weeeks without jackin off. Please help me someone
