There is no best way to 'hold it'..you either go pee on your own,or suffer the pain from holding it too long.Go somewhere that is peaceful,quiet and no one is around,and just pee for goodness sake.No best way to hold it.
Do ur job fast and run to a bathroom can't think of anything else
