My ear "vibrates" when I hear loud sounds?!

Question: My ear "vibrates" when I hear loud sounds?
When I go to concerts, school assemblies or any really loud environment, my ears "vibrate."
it's hard to explain... it's like a rumbling in my ears, like the sound when there's water in there.
It only lasts for a few seconds, or until the noise goes down. Sometimes, I push on my tragus to block the noise.

It's only on my left ear. Sometimes my right ear, but almost never.

I'm just a teen. I don't get it. What's up?

I have that too. But I don't know why or what it is. Though, technically, your ear is always vibrating when it hears sounds--that's how your ear drum works. But I know what you mean--there's this OTHER vibration. Not a sound, but a feeling within the ear. I have otosclerosis, and thought it might be scar tissue that is vibrating the bones. But that's just a thought, not hard knowledge.
