Why does my lower back hurt so bad?!
Question: Why does my lower back hurt so bad?
My lower back is killing me. I'm a 13 year old girl, if that matters. I haven't done anything that could cause back pain. I'm a type 1 diabetic, but my blood sugars and A1Cs have been great. Also, I'm a week late on my period. Please don't say I'm pregnant, though. I'm still a virgin, and I took a pregnancy test a few weeks ago so I could get on this medication, and it came back negative.
Oh, I also get bad headaches, stomach pain, and dizziness (non-blood sugar related).
Could this be anything?
The back pain just started, and it's in my lower back and it hurts when I bend down or stretch upwards too high. I've been to the doctor's for my other symptoms, but they say my other symptoms are because of stress. (I do have OCD and become stressed out easily.)
Any idea on what my back pain could be?

get some icy hot and rub it on your back and that might help
