Just go to your family doctor, they can usually do it. If they can't then ANY dermatologist will do it. Dermatologists specialize in anything skin related, and they are the experts in mole removal. But if you want to go to your family doctor fist, they can possibly do it. Good luck!

First stop is your family doctor. He/she will either remove it and send it for biopsy depending on size & location. If your doctor feels it is not suitable for him/her to tackle, then referral to a dermatology specialist.

Dermatologist or even your own doctor.
Depending on how big and/or deep it is, the doctor can either freeze it off or recommend surgery.

Your GP. If he/she can't do it, they will refer you to the hospital.
