Stomach pain similar to constipation but not constipated?!
Question: Stomach pain similar to constipation but not constipated?
What could it be? I'm not constipated because I've been going daily. I was constipated for a couple days last week (medication I'm on makes me constipated no matter how much water I drink so I started drinking prune juice every day). I don't know if I've pulled a muscle in my stomach or something but it feels like constipation. What else could it be?

If you're on antibiotics, it could be that it is disrupting your stomach flora (your stomach bacteria), which can both make you constipated, and make you feel constipated when you're not. So if you are on antibiotics, it is just disrupting how your stomach flora is operating, which can make you feel constipated even when you're not.
