Heroin. That's not good at all. :P
well hopefully it is just marijuan depending on what you mean by metal bowl. But if it is an actualy bowl and rope i would fear it to be heroin which is a very very dangerous drug. I would suggest you talk to her. It is really all you can do. Don't rat her out right away without knowing her side of the story becuse that could just lead to big trouble.
Well, that's the sort of gear people use when they shoot up. As to what it is that she's shooting up, it's impossible to tell, but if that's what you found, then she's pretty definitely shooting something or other.

She is doing a drug for sure. But what she is doing i am sure completely sure, but i do know that it is health harming and very dangerous.

Sounds like Heroin or Crack, some other injection drug...did you find any needles?
Either way, get her help however you can, this could be really serious.
