Horrible sweating at night?!

Question: Horrible sweating at night?
I'm starting to sweat and be SSSOOO hot at night. But on the other hand, I do exercise alot at night. Should I stop exercising at night or could it be something else?
I just sat down, and I'm becoming a bit cooler. It's probably from exercising at night. But sometimes I want to exercise so bad at night.
PS: I'm average weight, so I'm not addicted to to much exercise, infact I think I should loose a few pounds on my ***.
I also sweat somewhere after I take a shower.

If your blood sugar is dropping too low (possibly you have diabetes) you will break into a swet. Go to the doctor and ask him/her to do some bloodwork tests for onset of diabetes.

I don't know your age but you can be getting hot flashes (power surges) if you are getting close to menopause age. I take Niaspan and it causes hot flashes as well. There are several things that cause sweating. Heart attacks can cause sweating. Your exercising can speed up your metabolism and that can cause the heat too.

The best thing is to talk to a doctor about this and find out the possibilities and if there are any that could be serious, you can get checked out and know a bit more how to deal with this. For my Niaspan, I take an aspirin and that helps to keep the hot flashes down. If you are on coumadin or warfarin or allergic to aspirin then you can't take it so be sure of your medications.

Good luck.

If you habitually do anything else than rest at night, you teach your body to not slow down your metabolism during those hours like it is supposed to. So the calorie-burning continues as usual and you sweat at night.

How old are you ? Are you of child bearing age ? This could be caused by sooooo many things.

Post menopausal woman

your body is trying to cool you down =D
