and i dunno, maybe the reaction of the weed to your body pulls blood away from your limbs to your core giving the illuaion of being cold

That's actually really strange. When i toke up i start heating up like crazy sometimes ill need to take my jacket it off and believe me that's not something you want to do in the middle of winter in Canada. I guess to answer your question it could be that you are cold and smoking weed allows you to feel that. Put a sweater on that's the best suggestion i can give you. :P
