Does anyone ever have anxiety attacks that last all day long?!


Question: Does anyone ever have anxiety attacks that last all day long?
Mine can last ALL day, right now I am having one where two of my fingers feel numb on and off, it is hard to breath and my muscles are super tight around my shoulders and chest. I saw a nurse, she agreed that it was anxiety because my color is good and my blood pressure was good. It is the worst feeling like this 5 out of 7 days a week :( Why is this happening and how do I stop it?

What you need to do is relax inside and out find a quiet place close your eyes listen to yourself while your breathing and find your inner peace. It takes practice but you should be able to do it. I know life and the world can be difficult but you need to find your inner peace and sometimes you really have to work at it but it's worth it. Good Luck

walk atleast 30 minutes to 1 hour everyday

inhale steam twice a day not through heating water in bowl. Simply place a cup of water in microwave and heat it for 3 minutes. Place both hands around the cup and inhale the steam through nose and exhale through mouth. Do this atleast 30 times with deep breath once in morning and once at night before going to sleep.

increase water intake. Make sure you avoid drinking cold water or cold drinks. Only drink normal room tempurature water.

In only one week, you will be fine.



I used to anxiety and panic attacks that lasted a few days over a period of about 10 years. The worst feeling ever! I'm 90% better and I try to be positive at all times. I stopped going to the doctor and use a more natural method. I tried the pill things and that was a problem in itself.
