vitamins dont work.
old-fashioned exercising, drinking a decent amount of water is really all you need. niacin is crap. and cranberry juice is too. ive heard of other methods of flushing out your system, but i dont really believe them and rather not spend a lot of money on them.

smoking marijuana and taking prescription pills for ADHD just makes your ADHD even worse. i had a friend that had a boyfriend that had ADD. anyways.

just go outside and wear some sweatpants and a sweatshirt and go running, sprinting, or just do some yard work.

marijuana is stored in your fat cells, the more you sweat, the better you can get it out of your system. so try drinking MORE water as soon as you start sweating!

also, how often are you smoking?
