Question: Do you know what it might be?

i woke up this morning and when i stood up, i noticed that i had a pain in the middle of my stomach. it hurts when i arch my back back. it also hurts when i sit down. and i know its probably gross, but i have farted like twice (embarrassing). could it be a gas pain? i don't know what it is.

It is gas formation. eat light at night and see for a few days otherwise see a doctor.
