Question: Why does my vein on my neck "pop out" when i'm talking?
i'm beginning to get really worried. people are staring at my neck and its making me really conscious.

Some people have very translucent skin or the veins and arteries are close to the surface because you are very thin with little fat layer separating skin and veins.
Maybe it is really the muscles and tendons of your vocal cords that 'pop out' while you are talking. It would be difficult to see anyway unless you are talking into a mirror.
Don't worry. It's normal. If you are very self conscious, try wearing turtleneck tops or a scarf around your neck. Then no one would see.
Relax. There are bigger things to worry about.
some people just generally have more prominant veins on their body so dont wurry
