Question: LOW BODY TEMP AND STOMACH PAINS, WHAT COULD THIS BE?

i have a temp of about 96.6 (it sometimes goes up a little or down a little) but i also have a bad stomach ache and headaches... any idea what this could be? a friend of mine told me it could be something wrong with my thyroid. anybody know? PLEASE HELP!
