I get all my scrubs at Tafford, and their scrubs run large. Check out their size chart to find the perfect fit - I've found it to be pretty accurate as I've gained and lost weight over the years:

It sounds like you would probably wear XS, but it depends on what brand you are shopping. Check out your local scrub shop - then you can actually try them on. Our best seller is MedCouture from Peaches. It is made from a stretch fabric - like workout clothes. It has been very popular here in Baton Rouge, La.
