Why do I have such horrible migraines????! HELP please?!

So i have had migraines from the time I was 2 believe it or not. My mom said i used to wake up screaming from my head hurting so bad for a few years. They took me in for a catscan when I was 6 to make sure everything was ok with my brain and everything came back normal. So they lasted until I was about 15 and then i only got the occasional headache after that. Now Im 19 and for the past year Ive been getting really bad migraines again. like they are horrible they make my eyes hurt so bad and are really sensitive to sound sometimes light too. Ive thrown up from them too. and even have had a few ocular migraines! I get migraines so far every day for the past few months and on and off for the past year. I dont know what to do or how to get them to stop! please help!

not too much stress, just as much as the normal person I guess.
