Question: How can i make myself sneeze?
i have a stuffy nose and really wanted to sneeze, because it helps. so i sniffed some pepper but now it is burning my nose. i think sneezing will help. i tried looking at a bright light, it didnt work so i looked at the sun but that just made my eyes hurt. it doesnt help if i tickle my nose with a Q-tip. how can i make myself sneeze. also. other spices do not help.

You will only sneeze if your body requires it. But you have to stop trying or you could do much more damage than you think and be far worse off then you are now.
