How can i make my cuts heal faster?!
Question: How can i make my cuts heal faster?
Answers:
Cuts will heal faster if kept clean with substances similar in constitution to body fluids. Normal saline, known as wound wash saline, is available in drug stores and is excellent for cleaning off cuts. Rinse with it, or use some saline on a piece of sterile gauze. You might consider putting a dry dressing on the cuts. It's not necessary to put an antibiotic ointment on them, but many people do because they believe it does more good than it actually does.
Wounds should never be cleaned with hydrogen peroxide, which damages healing tissues and does not kill bacteria (contrary to popular belief). Cuts should never be covered with vaseline because doing so creates an environment suitable for bacteria growth-- and can lead to infection.
You should seek counseling if the cuts are self-inflicted. If they are not, try to find a different way to accomplish the task that caused them (e.g, peel the carrots while peeling away from you).

If they're too deep you would require stitches. 5 mm isn't too deep so just clean the cuts regularly with hydrogen peroxide, dap dry after about 10 seconds and apply a thin layer of vaseline and cover with a bandage. Unfortunately they will only heal as fast as they can, nothing can speed up the process, it takes time. A bigger question is how you got the cuts in the first place? That may require a different sort of treatment.
Re: the answer below. I just had two moles removed as a precaution which created two sizeable craters in my skin (deeper than 5 mm) and the care instructions from my Dermatologist were exactly as I listed. They healed and filled-in within about 10 days.
