Can a winter "polar bear plunge" into the ocean for a charity benefit !

yes because you could develope the following:hypothermia,frost bite,or get just completely frozen
but it does matter how cold it is when you do it so if its something like seventy degrees and your in florida then you'll be fine but if its like in a lake somewhere in colorado you could have a very well chance of dying or you could get feet,hands,arms, or legs amputated because of frost bite but in most cases of someone doing that, they get both and i cant beleive youd actually ask this question
