Question: How to break a bad habit?
I have this habit where I clench my front two top and bottom teeth together. Its got to the point where it hurts really bad when I do it, but I can't stop.
I don't even think about it, I just do it.
I don't want to destroy my teeth and keep having them hurt so bad, so what should I do to quit?

That's a tic, whenever you get the urge to do it, whistle. It sounds dumb, but its a thing called HRT (habit reversal therapy). I have a tic disorder called tourette syndrome and I had the same tic, it's really annoying, but whistling helped.
Try to concentrate on something else, like drink water every-so-often instead of grinding your teeth. Or even chew gum.
