How to overcome the feeling of being ugly?!
Question: How to overcome the feeling of being ugly?
Answers:
I have the exact same problem that you do. It's probably because of an underlying cause like depression (which is usually the case). To be completely honest, there's not much that can be done about how you yourself feel, unless you change your mindset of low self-esteem. There's medication you can take, but I've taken it, and it does make me feel a little better, but not by much. The best way you can cope with your feelings is by trusting the people that tell you you're not ugly. Because more than likely- you aren't, even though you keep telling yourself that you are. Try talking to someone you trust, or even try talking to a psychiatrist/psychologist. (From my personal experience, this didn't help me, but everyone's different.)

Answerer Claire I believe has made some valid points, including that you are most UNlikely ugly.
I can add two more, though I ask you *not* to be embarrassed please.
Firstly, look at the whole spectrum of women that men look at on the Web. Compare yourself with all these women.
Secondly, in secure privacy, daily look at your body in a full length mirror. Then pose in front of it like the models do.
I promise I'm being sincere.
Go for it, Beautiful...
