Generally, inspectors come to make sure the factories are clean and such. They are the ones that tell restaurants and factories how many pieces of bug and rat feces can be in your food. For example Honestly you can try it and you might get a little bit of money. Call customer service the number is probably on the bag your bread came out of. You probably won't be able to sue the store but possibly the factory if it was not a bakery made bread. It is almost impossible for stuff like that not to get into our food.

"small black spots" are mice droppings.. but the contamination is still the same. I'd just take it back to the store and get another loaf or a refund - but make sure the store owner is aware of their rodent problem!! Best to probably either avoid the store in question in the meantime, or check each loaf you purchase there, for holes before buying it. // I'd advise strongly against trying a lawsuit or raising a lot of fuss: it would be almost impossible to prove that your house is completely mouse-free: they quite often come in from outside and there isn't a whole lot that can be done to keep your place 100% mouse-free at all times. // Fortunately, most mice do not carry diseases these days - in former times, rodents often had a chance to come into contact with human waste products one way or another, but this is not the case now in our society: the health risks posed by mice are not anywhere near as bad as most people imagine they are.

I've lived in places which were quite over-run with rodents, but have NEVER had any health problems as a result, and i've heard of extremely few cases in our modern, antiseptic world, where this has been the case. // By the way, live-trapping mice works very well - peanut butter and chocolate make the best bait i find. Just be sure to release the little guys a long way from your house - a mile should do it nicely!!
