Im 14 and i cannot swallow tablets?!

Put the tablet in your mouth. Take a good size gulp of water. Close your mouth. Look at the ceiling. The tablet will drop to the back of your throat. Swallow the water while looking at the ceiling. Done.

i had the same problem with larger sized tablets, would i did was take the pill with Orange juice, it really helped me nd idk y... maybe becuz the juice is thicker than water so it helped it go down, try also puttin the tablet in juice nd lettin it dissolve, its still their so u will still get the medicine in you, but i also, idk wut it is either, i take like 2 or 3 gulps BEFORE i even put the pill in my mouth nd it also helped.. hope this helps but you gotta like get used to it for wen ur older

Maybe you can do what I did for my kids when they were little:
mash the pill into a powder (between 2 spoons), then blend with as much honey as you need to get it down. I put the powder onto a small plate then dropped a big spoonful of honey on it then stirred and scooped 'till it was mixed.

Crush your tablets into powder and put on a table spoon with some orange juice and have a glass of orange juice ready to take as soon as you swallow.
If your tablets are in capsule form then just open it up and do as you did with the spoon.

I'm the same and Im 16. I know it's not nice but I dissolve the tablet in water then down it in one.
