Roommate is sick what should i do?!

Question: Roommate is sick what should i do?
My roommate has the cold. And I cant afford to get sick!!! what should i do to help prevent me from being sick?

Answers:

Avoiding drafts, like from open windows.
Plenty of rest
Vitamin C in the form of Citrus, especially
Chiropractic care to insure you are at your peak of health.
Immune system support, such as whole adrenal extract and the herb gotu kola (turmeric in hot water is good too).
Refraining from kissing your roommate....which I understand could be difficult if she is hot (or cute)!! ; )

Good luck, Bub!!

1. Try to stay away from him as much as possible until he is better or not contagious.
2. Sanitize things that you both share or things that he uses frequently (i.e. remote, doorknobs, etc.)
3. Wash your hands
4. If you absolutely feel that it is necessary, you could invest in a surgical mask to ensure that you do not breathe in any airborne germs.

Note: People often use surgical masks when there are deadly airborne viruses present or if they have an autoimmune disease.

Stay healthy!!!! ;)

when ever i get sick my hisband stays away from me completely, most of the time he will even sleep in the spare bedroom, and i would pretty much be confined to our bedroom. That always seems to work, he's never caught a cold from me.

Avoid him like the plaque that he is. Put a plastic wall of Saran wrap between the two of you...........you know what? That sounds too complicated. Just kill him: Problem solved.

Eat apples -- they usually work. Eat healthy food and get enough sleep to keep up your immune system. Wash your hands before you eat.

wash your hands alot
