What does earwax on eardrum sound like?!
Question: What does earwax on eardrum sound like?
Answers:
Exactly. I had that problem about 40 years ago. Lots of wax in my ears.
Best thing for you is to go to drug store and get some ear wax oil. It's easy to use. You just heat up the bottle, then put few drops in ear with your head tilted. then let it melt wax.
Or you can go to doc and they'll take care of it. they've got a nifty water gun that shoots warm water into your ear and flushes out the wax. I had that done as a kid, and was shocked at how much wax was in there. But mine went longer and had gotten worse. I noticed a loss of hearing in one ear, that had most wax in it.
It's probably just a glob of ear wax in your ear canal. Have someone look in your ear to see if they can see a glob or anything. (You may want to use a flashlight to look in it)...If the glob is in deep, then you may want to buy some stuff to put in it, or have someone professional/a doctor to get it out. If it is near the surface (no deeper then a cm), then that person could probably get it out with a Q-tip. If you buy some stuff for it, ask someone who works at the store if there is any medicine that they have for that...I don't remember what it was called, but one time I had some medicine that got rid of earwax in my ears and you just drop some in, wait about 3 mins and it should float to the surface. It's a little weird because it feels like there is pop in your ear because it bubbles, just to forewarn you, but its not like it hurts.
