What causes twitching? Anything to help make it stop?!

Question: What causes twitching? Anything to help make it stop?
Right now a little under my eyebrow is twitching. And it's really annoying me. I have been getting alot of twitches for the last 2ish months in random places randomly..Normally it happens while I'm in school tho.
So why does it happen...And is there anything I can do to stop it?
No, I'm not pregnant or anything weird like that.

Answers:

It's like a tiny little cramp. You can place your finger on it when it happens and rub slightly until it stops, keep hydrated, and place a warm pack on it.

?Diet deficiency
?Drug overdose (caffeine)
?Drug side effect (such as from diuretics, corticosteroids, or estrogens)
?Exercise
?Loss of, or change in sensation
?Loss of muscle size (wasting)
?Weakness
If you keep on twitching you should go see a doctor.

I think its a loss of protein or some nutrient. Take vitamin pills and drink water, eat friuts and excersise, it might help :)
