how do i grow bit more taller?!

Question: How do i grow bit more taller?
Hi
Im a 16 year old boy (going to be 17 in august) and im. only 5 ft 1 (155cm) tall.
I go to 6th form and i feel so embarrased in school because im the shortest in year. Some of the year 7s are taller than me.
Basically i was born and bred in bangladesh and came here 4 years ago.
For breakfast most of the day (nearly every day-) i dont eat anything. i just cant eat it. I feel like vomiting if i eat. Sometimes i force myself to eat. And for lunch i used have nothing at school. Now i started eating at school. When i come back to home i have to eat rice with curry every day. And for dinner its same.
I used to get bullied at school a lot of times when i was in year 8-11. I think its because im short.
I really want to be taller .

You can never help your height. But you can help your toughness. Lift some weights to get buff and take some martial arts classes. If you're short but stocky no one in their right mind will mess with you. -jp

Yeah, you honestly can't do anything to become taller. I agree with the person who suggested muscle building though!

Naturally? I'd say that you should maintain a healthy diet and exercise as this would be better than not doing so. Your height is in your DNA, so you can't realistically change it. Maybe if you will yourself taller XD that might help.

Don't try and make yourself taller through things like surgery or other 'unnatural' means as this will just be problematic for you. I know you'd like to be taller but your height is unique to you and so what if you're short, does it really matter? You've not finished growing yet so you should expect to grow taller up until your early 20s.

i wouldnt really worry too much, im 13 and female and im around the 4ft 6 mark. i always used to get picked on for my height but it never bothered me and they knew that so they stopped. your body still has around 5 years to grow and you will grow more than you think in that time and probably catch up with everyone else. growing is caused by hormones that are released when we sleep, so you should try to get the daily recommended sleep, around 8 hours for you probably. growing can be affected by dietry problems too, and in your case it sounds like you need to vary your food. eat proper meals at the right time and have your 5 a day. at the end of the day heights not a huge deal anyway:D
