She probably has a sist in her crack between her butt, That is very painfull, and the bigger it gets the harder its going to be for her all it is is a ingrown hair that got infected, it is very common., She should go to the Doctors and have that looked at, My daughter had one and didn't tell me till it was so big she couldn't sit or stand or walk or anything, she was in so much pain, I mean screaming crying pain, and she is a very quit little girl. Please don't be shy about this you have to get it lanced, The Doctor has to get all that puss out of there and then put a little plug in there so it won't fill up again, after a couple days he will take it out, but if she takes care of it now it may not get to that, The doctor can probably just drain the puss out and now it might not be that much of a big deal. Don't wait too long!
