Question: What can I eat/drink to make my poop softer?
I know fiber helps poop to pass through the body smoothly, but what specific examples are out there? Also, is it true that drinking lots of water will aid in this as well?

Answers:

Yes, water is a good thing and plays a big part. Beans, oatmeal, cereals, fruits and vegetables are all good. Dairy products such as cheese and milk are also good for you but may tend to cause constipation. A well balanced diet will probably take care of itself.

just about any fruit or vegetable you can think of is high in fiber. natural yogurt also helps digestion. and yes drinking plenty of water will be good for you overall as well as aiding digestion.

maybe add Benefiber to water also

apples have lots of fiber.



Benefiber, pruns, anything with a lot of whole wheat. Also, try a colon cleanser



beets, avocados and sweet potatoes are supposed to be helpful



prune /prune juice ... will loosen you up.
