I am sick and I have a fever. Un-explained chills. Aches. Sore throat. Coughing.!

Sounds like the Flu. Go to bed, drink plenty of fluids, eat soup, and rest. Vitamin C (like OJ) can help some, but mostly you just have to wait it out. You can take cold and Flu medication (I use Nyquil-type). If you aren't starting to feel better in a week, or your fever gets really high, then you should see your doctor. Otherwise, stay at home, nobody wants to catch it from you.

Look I am telling you don't sit there and suffer and wait till you get worse, Go to the Doctors and get a Z-Pack, I had the same thing for 3 weeks or longer it got in my chest and i couldn't get it up, I even had a flu shot and still got that sick , I was so sick! I went to the Doctors and got that Z-Pack and it was gone in 2 days, you only have to take the pills for 5 days. Feel Better!!

I felt the same way a couple weeks ago u may be coming down with the flu drink lots of liquids and get some medicine like some nightquil that should help hope you feel better :)
