The water and fiber are definitely good, of course, but you're still constipated. This certainly came as a surprise to me several years ago when I started reading that one needs to have several bowel movements a day - 3, 4, or 5. Back in those days, I was like you - regular, and importantly, only once a day.
Now, I eat much, much more raw fruits and vegetables, much less processed/packaged foods, and quite a bit of raw, unroasted nuts and seeds. By processed/packaged foods, I namely mean, well things in packages in the middle of the grocery store, not necessarily lightly steamed/sauteed veggies . . . (though some certainly count these as "processed." . . . or, again, what I mean by processed is industrial food processing). The problem with these foods - processed in most any form - versus raw foods is that the processed ones don't have living enzymes anymore. These are what help you digest your food - on top of a whole host of other things. When you realize how little living enzymes people get these days, it's a wonder we keep ticking as long as we do . . . enzymes are about the closest thing to a "life force" there is. So, at any rate, if you'll add more raw foods - fruits, veggies, leafy greens, especially, and nuts and seeds - you'll start having more bowel movements and they'll be effortless, too . . . and you'll be much, much healthier.
Also, as far as supplements go, start drinking organic apple cider vinegar with water a little bit before meals. The acid in the apple cider vinegar will help digest your food . . . and it'll help with other things, too: it's good for you. You can also start taking chlorophyll in liquid form - this'll help with the constipation and other things, too. Chlorophyll is basically like plant blood, and it's very similar to our blood . . . this is just to say, it's a very good thing for people to take.
Hope this helps.
