Question: On my lower jaw, underneath my tongue, the skin on the bottom is kind of hard?
I don't know what it is. I randomly noticed it about two months ago. One side even has a little skin tag on it. It's not paintful at all, i don't even notice it unless I run my tongue on it. Do you have any idea what it can be?
Sometimes it goes away, and it like moves around. Like, it will be at one spot for a while, and then the hardness will move to another part, and so on.

See a doctor. I don't know what it is, but seeing a doctor will help you find out. Hopefully, you can see him when it is there. It might not help much if it has temporarily disappeared.
