Any further male height growth from 18-25 is likely to be insignificant but there are exceptions such as late bloomers who often grow late.

He might, boys mature slower than girls, but, if he's already hit puberty (which i'm assuming he has) chances are slim! Sorry girl, looks like heels are your new thing!

Possibly. Boys continue growing until they are about 21 years old. But even if he does, don't count on anything drastic.

I don't know you guys are 18 that's when you usually stop growing but you never know it could happen :)
