Question: How to fall asleep faster?
I'm 13 and I have to wake up at 6 a.m on school days. I often can't go to sleep until about 1 a.m and I wake up like every hour. I try not to sleep with the t.v on but sometimes I have to. Reading never seems to work because I don't want to stop so I can see what happens next. Every night I take a hot shower and do yoga before bed and it still doesn't work either! I would really like some sleep but I don't know how I can get a good 8 hr. sleep every night! please help! Thx :D

Go to bed earlier and take some melatonin.

Squeeze your balls and stick a pencil up your butt-hole.
That should help you fall asleep faster.

Take melatonin, listen to peaceful music, and go to bed at 10 or so
Get more exercise and you will sleep like a baby.
when i was in mexico my hole family had to share a room a my mom and dad snore so i couted and i was asleep before them
