Nothing, you may just get some attention and yelled at. Tylenol in very large doses can be fatal but it's no way I would want to off myself. It would take an extremely long time to destroy your liver and and you would be in excruciating pain for quite some time, and then, by that time someone would realize what you had done and you would be off the the ER to get a tube full of charcoal pumped down your throat in effort to pump you stomach. At this point you would reconsider your actions and realize that life isn't so bad after all and that all things do pass. No pun intended.
