I have just moved to a very cold area in tasmania. I was just feeding my birds outside then came back in and noticed my right foot was feeling numb.. I took my shoe and sock off and its gone very white. I thought it was just coldness so I ran it under some hot water to get it back to normal but its not fixing it, instead it just keeps going more yellow.. the other foot is just fine and is nice and pinky normal colour.. I am feeling some paint in the leg above my knee and my foot is feeling really numb
I live in a very remote area.. is it important enough to make arrangements for a doctor?

I would highly recommend to get your foot checked by a doctor. This isn't normal at all. If your foot was white from coldness , it should have turned a normal fleshy redish color when you ran it under hot water. Go to a professional immediately.
