Jk, for real though, Epsom salt works. Mix some in a glass of water. It tastes gross, but it'll work.

I don't know how you would go about doing that but why would you want to give yourself diarrhea? I'm curious to know becausee it's not a very normal questions. Please explain in your "details" section of this question. Thanks.

How long has it been going on? I know it says on most labels if it doesn't work or if still having problems to see ur doctor.
