Is it Bad to drink NyQuil when you don't have any symptoms?!
Question: Is it Bad to drink NyQuil when you don't have any symptoms?
So, i usually chug an energy drink and study through the night, but there are those times when i finish studying early but can't fall asleep because of the energy drink. If i do find myself in this situation and really want to fall asleep, can i drink a serving of NyQuil for the drowsy effect? or would that be a bad idea?

I've done it, it put me out and I lived. I wouldn't do it like every night, but once in a while works. If you don't want to do that thought, get some unisom or something. It's an OTC sleep aid.
There are over the counter medications with the same sleep inducing drug as Nyquil but with out the cold medications but I don't think it would harm you if that's all you have in the house.
if i were you i would just get over the counter sleep pills.
