Hardened stomach, no period for 8 months?
Ok so i'm over weight.. i'm like 5'5 and 300 lbs. In july of 2010 i stopped getting my period... in about october or september i noticed that my stomach was hardening. I have taken tons of pregnancy tests.. they have all be negative. I have been very fatigued ever since i stopped getting my period.. The hardness in my stomach has grown since it first showed up. ever since i first started noticing it it has been very uncomfortable laying on my stomach and it is getting uncomfortable laying on my back. My hands and feet have been killing me!! if i do much physical activity my stomach starts kinda hurting. it almost feels like a have pulled something in my stomach.if i lean up against the kitchen counter trying to reach something and my stomach bumps it, it hurts. I don't know what to do or what wrong with me. I am going to go to the doctor this week but i wanted to know maybe what to expect. I was afraid to tell anyone to get help from like my family because i knew how they would respond but i finally told them. Do you have any clue what might be wrong with me. I have been really stressed and i thought that might be it.

I am glad you are going to see a doctor. Because of your symptoms, I would say you have a large tumot, which could be benign or you could have a large cyst both of which could be interferring with your other organs and therefore, causing you pain.I have seen these cysts become the size of a basketball. They are removed and no problems. I have never seen one that was cancer. When you see your doctor. Most doctors can tell by feel what is going on. You probably will be having some type of x-ray to confirm his belief. Any time you have a problem like this, don't wait. You have put yourself through a lot a stress on top of stomach issue which you don't need. Hang is there. The doctors and nurses will do everything possible to get you through this. Good luck..
