What do I do if I have stomach pain (possible ulcer) but no medical insurance?!

Question: What do I do if I have stomach pain (possible ulcer) but no medical insurance?
I've been having pain in my left upper abdomen. It's been going on for months now, but recently its getting worse. I feel nauseated, even if I try to eat. I feel a bit bloated too. The pain also goes from that spot to my lower side (love handle) tonight.

I don't have medical insurance, and I can't afford a doctor. I'm still trying to pay off my college debt as it is and only get 400 a month right now working. (Haters don't be haters.) I cant afford medical insurance and I cant afford a 'payment' plan from a doctor. I don't know what to do. It feels like something is definitely wrong, its not just a stomach ache and has been going on for a while.

I think it might be an ulcer, having done some research, or pancreas. I don't know. Does anyone have any advice? Or any way to get rid of an ulcer without having to go to the doctors?

Again, dont just say 'go to the doctors'. I can't. And no, I'm not on welfare and I dont want to be. I CAN work, thanks. And have a part time job right now. In the past I've worked two jobs, 12 hours a day when I could. But hours were cut and this is a small city. No jobs available, especially not for someone with a college education. Yeah, it sucks. You dont have to tell me it sucks. I just need some advice, maybe from people who dont have someone always fronting the bill or aren't lucky enough to know someone out of school and get a good job. Anything would be helpful. And no, I wont go to the hospital unless I'm literally in so much pain I cant move. I have enough debt from college, I dont need a few more 10k's stacked on my name.

You can easily check your minimal health care rates in internet, for example here - health-quotes.isgreat.org

Your health is your most valuable asset in life. Go to doctor asap before it's too late. Get a loan and pay it off later but don't neglect your health.

Most communities in this country have some kind of health program for people who are working but don't have insurance. They usually do something like figure a share of cost for you to pay. Call your city or county and ask about that. Many states offer help, too, so be sure to ask. It's not charity. If you were to become very ill because you didn't seek help earlier, your medical costs, which you probably could not assume, would be astronomical. You would also not be able to work, but your job would have to be done by someone and that would cost your job even more money.

So check out what kind of help is available where you live, it's the only responsible action to take.

I use one of those services myself.
