do you think this is the reason i got mono?!

so like, a couple weeks ago i hooked up with this kid. the kid had mono at the beginning of the year, and like 2 years ago, REALLY BADLY. like to the point where he was in the hospital. exactly two weeks after the hook up, i started feeling the symptoms, and went to get blood tested, and it came up positive. the test also said that ive had mono before, and its my second time having it.

so do you think i got the mono from hooking up with the boy? or did it just randomly come back?
