ok so ive been breathing loudly lately and i need some advice on how to stop this embarrassing thing. all the girls tell me to shut up when i breath lol

Go to the doctor of pharmacist my sister had this problem and she went to her doctors now it feels like she isn't even breathing.
tell them jokes and then they will be laughing so loud they won't hear your breathing ...and they'll get used to your quirks eventually ...particularly if you're good at jokes ......alternatively take up a musical instrument ...drums ..then you could breath as loudly as you like to your own rhythm
