yesterday I had a really sore throat, and now this morning is now painful but my throat feels swollen,
and now my voice sounds croaky and incredibly deep and I cant say anything high, help ! is there anything wrong with me? am I secretly a man? :)

No, you are just sick. You and your friends may get a few laughs out of it, but it will go away. Try to rest your vocal chords and not strain them, and if it doesn't get better, then see a doctor.
Your throat being swollen sounds like your glands are swollen. When glands are swollen it's a sign of infection and your having trouble talking a higher pitch sounds like strep throat and if that's the case you need to call your doctor.
